Museum
The Visitor Center and Museum houses artifacts and monuments recovered from the Classic Maya site of Uchben’ kaj (Uxbenka), as well as maps and documents.

Uchben’ kaj (Uxbenka)
A short walk from the museum is the Classic Maya site of Uchben’ kaj (Uxbenka). UKAA is the steward of the site and collaborates with researchers to carry out archaeological research here.

Plant Trail
Part of the Uchben’ kaj walking trail includes a plant trail with culturally important plants, including medicinal ones. This is also a wonderful location to spot birds.

Yok Balum Cave
Yok Balum (“Jaguar Paw”) cave is located in Santa Cruz and managed by UKAA.

Okebal Ha Cave
Okebal Ha (“where the water exits the earth”) cave is also managed by UKAA.

Rio Blanco National Park
Rio Blanco Falls Park is a nearby park not managed by UKAA.
